What you type into the tools
The tools run in your browser. Client names, fees, hours and anything else you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else, and are gone when you close the page.
Your email address
When you enter your email to open a tool, we store it with the name of the tool you opened and, if you arrived from an ad or link, the campaign it came from. We use it to send you the tool link and occasional emails about running an accounting or bookkeeping firm. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Your email is held by our email service provider so that we can send you messages. We do not sell or rent it.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which version of a page works better, and the Meta pixel to tell Meta that a visit or sign-up happened so we can measure our ads. Both use cookies. Neither receives what you type into the tools.
